Pediatric Physical Therapy

Pediatric Physical Therapy At PT Solutions

We work with children of all ages who suffer from a wide range of injuries and congenital conditions. As experts in pediatric therapy, our therapists design treatment plans that are both fun and help your child reach his or her goal—be it returning to the sport they love or carrying out daily activities without pain.

Our pediatric rehabilitation services are family-focused interventions that aim to remediate or develop the necessary skills to help your child succeed in their daily activities. As they grow, the demands of their environment including physical, social, cognitive, and communication skills, change. PT Solutions’ skilled team of therapists, together with your family’s pediatrician, can help ensure that your child is meeting the appropriate milestones.

When you arrive for your child’s evaluation, our therapists may use several methods to gain a clear understanding of your concerns. They may ask you to complete questionnaires about your child’s medical history and describe your daily routines. Most evaluations include a formal test depending on your child’s age. These tests provide scores that will be used to determine specific areas in which your child may benefit from intervention.

Our clinics provide the unique benefit of multidisciplinary intervention. This means that your child has a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language pathologists to consult and collaborate with your family on a plan of care to ensure the best possible outcome.
