Body Solutions Healthy Bean Salad

Looking for a healthy dish to pack for a 4th of July cookout? Try out this three bean salad recipe:
- 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 bag frozen corn
- 1 can peas, no sodium, drained and rinsed (can also be frozen)
- 1 organic medium tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
Dressing
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 packet Good Seasons italian seasoning
Combine the water, vinegar and seasoning packet. Whisk together. Whisk in oil. Pour over bean and veggie mixture and stir well to coat. Cool before serving.
