Alison graduated from the University of Georgia with Bachelors’ degrees in Biology and Speech Communication. During her time at UGA, she competed as a Division I athlete on the 3x National Championship Equestrian Team. She then spent time at Georgia State University earning a Master’s in Exercise Science, before heading to Washington DC to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Howard University. While in PT school, she developed a love for running, and has continued to participate in local races since then. Alison enjoys treating a variety of patients, including high school athletes and post-surgical orthopedic conditions.
