Carrie believes movement is key to lasting health. Her treatment is holistic, as she addresses the patterns and overall mechanics of her patients’ bodies, rather than treating an isolated problem or condition.
Carrie earned her Bachelor of Science from Saint Louis University and her Master of Heath Science from Washington University in Saint Louis. Believing movement is the key to lasting health, she uses dynamic and iterative processes to help her patients achieve their goals with compassion, empathy, education, coaching, and movement-related interventions.
When she is not caring for patients, she spends time managing her company and teaching, as well as reading, listening to podcasts, watching cooking shows, and spending time with her three grown daughters and loving husband.
