Carson Endorf is a physical therapist originally from Birmingham, Alabama who earned her undergraduate degrees in neuroscience and kinesiology at The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. Before heading back down South for PT school at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Carson started with PT Solutions upon graduation in 2016 and worked in Atlanta while completing the PT Solutions Orthopedic Residency program. Carson then moved to the Northern Virginia market in December of 2017 where she was named clinic director of the Tysons Corner location in January 2018. She then transitioned into the role of Senior Clinic Director in August of 2018 overseeing the Fairfax, Ashburn, McLean, and Vienna clinics as well as Tysons Corner and then became a full time Faculty member of the PT Solutions Orthopedic Residency program in September of 2019. Carson then moved back to be close to family in Georgia and is working in Sandy Springs as a clinician. senior mentor, and residency faculty member in preparation for her own family to grow in November of 2022. Her treatment passions include geriatric and pediatric neurologic populations, young athletes, and patients with neurodegenerative disorders.
