Chris Gai, PT, DPT, CSCS is a staff physical therapist and graduate from the orthopedic residency program with PT Solutions. He graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Florida (USF) in 2019. In his time at USF, he was responsible for multiple research publications in the field of performance enhancement and currently guest lectures for several courses within USF’s Exercise Science program. Chris cofounded and remains as the current head coach of the Powerlifting Team at USF as he continues to specialize in working with Strength Athletes. Chris has clinical experience working with a wide variety of patient populations from geriatrics to infants. He maintains his credentials as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as he bridges the gap from rehabilitation to return to play, directly treating current NFL, NHL, and division 1 athletes. Chris also develops educational content and consultation for managing youth and professional athletes through the rehab process.
