Daniel Pernell

Daniel Pernell serves PT Solutions as a partner, physical therapist, and Director of Integration and has been with the practice for 15+ years. Daniel’s daily responsibilities involve working with the Merger and Acquisition team and leadership to develop new processes, to scale processes, to train integration project leads, and to develop strategies to improve communication and efficiency between new partners and the PT Solutions team. Originally from Winston Salem, NC, Daniel received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in physical therapy from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, and completed his Masters of Business Administration at Shorter College in Rome, GA. Daniel has gone on to practice in many aspects of physical therapy including acute care, wound care, spine, and athletics. Daniel is also certified to offer Functional Capacity Evaluations to help determine return to work abilities along with disability and impairment ratings and has specialty certifications in Dry Needling. Daniel is a faculty member on our education team and assists in building presentations, leading CEU events, supervising/mentoring students, and mentoring new clinical educators/instructors.

Daniel lives in Dallas, GA with his wife and three children. Daniel enjoys any activity on two wheels, leads medical mission trips to Ukrainian orphanages, and is involved with church activities and community awareness.
