Erica grew up in Brooklyn, New York, and attended Binghamton University for her bachelor’s degree in Business Management. When she moved to Seattle in 1990, she started volunteering in various physical therapy settings and realized her passion for helping others. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Chicago Medical School, she returned to Seattle to start her career as a physical therapist, also earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Evidence in Motion.
In 2017, she joined Movement Systems, bringing with her a wide range of experience of working with young, injured athletes to assisting aging seniors. Erica recognizes the importance of truly listening to her patients and understanding their physical and psychosocial stresses to help develop a plan and guide them a truly collaborative process of recovery.
She now lives on Mercer Island with her husband and two children and enjoys running, weightlifting, playing tennis, and sailing in the San Juan Islands.
