Erin grew up in suburban New Jersey competing in soccer, basketball, softball, and swimming. Erin has known she wanted to be a physical therapist since she was in second grade, wanting to follow in her mom’s footsteps – helping others heal and encouraging them to take ownership of their health and wellbeing.
She enjoys building relationships and learning about what each individual values, so that she and her patients can work as a team to create a plan to maximize their quality of life. With a passion for education, she believes each patient has the potential to learn how to become more in-tune with their body to develop improved movement patterns and strategies for independent symptom management. Her goal is to couple empathy and humor in every session, so patients feel validated and understood while genuinely enjoying the rehab process.
Outside of the clinic, Erin can be found reading, going to comedy shows, playing tennis, sailing with her partner, or telling someone about how much she loves Carvel ice cream cakes.
