Dr. Fallan Pham-Reynolds is a North Georgia native who graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Kennesaw State University in 2017. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Georgia in 2021.
Fallan has experience working with a variety of conditions that range from orthopedic conditions, post-operative care, amputees, athletes, and neurological conditions such as stroke and Parkinson’s Disease of which she is certified as an LSVT BIG clinician. She is passionate in serving all populations and disabilities in helping them to achieve their goals and reaching their fullest potential. In her time away from the clinic, she enjoys hiking with her husband and her 2 dogs, as well as attending Braves and Atlanta United games.
