A native of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Hailey earned her bachelor’s degree in health and human performance from Northeastern State University. She then earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa.
Hailey is passionate about working with the neuro population, especially patients who have had strokes. She also enjoys working with pediatric patients. She completed research in Kenya on the durability and functionality of wheelchairs used. After this trip, her team helped create a non-profit organization that supports and funds sending wheelchairs to low-resourced countries.
Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, running, and anything outdoors. She also enjoys serving at her church with children with disabilities.
