Jeff is a New Orleans native and licensed speech-language pathologist who returned home to New Orleans after obtaining his Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from the California State University. He completed his speech-language pathology externship and clinical fellowship year in Palo Alto, CA with the Stanford Department of Otolaryngology & Head-Neck Surgery, focusing on voice and swallowing disorders. He currently provides outpatient speech and swallowing rehabilitation at Tulane University Medical Center in Downtown New Orleans where he offers comprehensive swallowing diagnostics including flexible endoscopic evaluations of swallowing (FEES) and modified barium swallow studies (MBSS). Jeff is involved in professional education, serving as an adjunct professor of speech pathology at Xavier University of Louisiana. He has also presented at state and national conferences on the topic of head-neck cancer rehabilitation and has advanced training in the management of head-neck lymphedema, trismus, and laryngectomy voice restoration. His clinical experience includes both acute and outpatient care settings. Outside of his clinical practice, Jeff has published in peer-reviewed journals and serves on the board of directors for the Louisiana Speech-Language-Hearing Association (LSHA).
