Kristen Delsigne is a physical therapist originally from southern California but moved to Oregon for both undergraduate and PT school where she graduated as Valedictorian of her Doctor of Physical Therapy class from Pacific University. Since graduating, Kristen has had the opportunity to treat in a variety of states and moved to the Northern Virginia region in 2019. She has taken an extra interest in treating all lower extremity disorders and has advanced training and mentorship in this specialty. She is certified in the Active Release Technique for the lower extremity and takes an active, functional-based approach. Kristen loves treating patients of all age ranges and a variety of conditions, including post-partum related diagnoses and sports injuries, specifically runners and soccer players. In her spare time, Kristen loves to spend as much time outside as possible, travel, read, and play golf.
