Marcus Wells has been the clinic director of the Ellijay clinic for two and a half years. Marcus is a native of Florida, but lived in Moultrie, Georgia for 30 years before moving to north Georgia in early 2020. Marcus graduated from Florida A&M University’s physical therapy program in 1993. Marcus has worked in the outpatient setting for the last 17 years and for 10 of those years he and his wife. Also a physical therapist, Marcus owned a private practice outpatient physical therapy clinic. His fields of interest include orthopedics, total joint replacement rehab, balance & fall prevention, and vestibular rehabilitation. In his spare time, Marcus enjoys hiking, fishing, gardening, and spending time with his wife, two grandchildren, and St. Bernard.
