Pamela Sandifer

PT, DPT

Clinic Director

Clinical Instructor

Pam graduated from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, VA in 1994 with a bachelor’s in communications. After several years in the computer consulting industry, Pam decided to pursue a career as a physical therapist. In 2004, Pam graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA with her doctor of physical therapy degree. She then started her career at Sullivan Rehab, a small private practice outpatient clinic in Brandon, FL where she specialized in running injuries. Pam started a rehab program that closely analyzed gait patterns and functional movement patterns that hindered running efficiency. In 2018 she moved to Lakeland Regional Health’s outpatient clinic in Lakeland, FL where she worked on a team of physical therapists specializing in orthopedic injuries. After 4 years at LRH, Pam decided to move her PT career closer to home. In May 2022, Pam became the Clinic Director for PT Solutions in Fishhawk/Riverview and is excited about the opportunity to treat individuals who live in the community she has lived in since 2004. Pam has been an avid runner for over 20 years. After overcoming many soft tissue injuries as a result of her running, she became passionate about strength training and conditioning. She carries this passion into the clinic everyday helping athletes and non-athletes become the healthiest versions of themselves so they can live their best lives.

Outside of work Pam enjoys hanging out with friends, family and her Goldendoodle Charley. She loves going to the beach and listening to live music such as her favorite musician, Dave Matthews, whom she has seen in concert every year since 2005.
