Sarah completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia, graduating with a Bachelor’s in Education with a concentration in Sports Medicine. She then received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Virginia Commonwealth University. Sarah went on to obtain her COMT (Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist) certification via the Maitland Australian approach.
As a manual therapist, Sarah has enjoyed treating a wide range of injuries with a hands-on, intensive approach to return to function. She specializes in orthopaedic and spine care across the lifespan. Sarah is also certified in dry needling, and a has a special interest in working with people with Parkinson’s disease, obtaining her LSVT BIG certification in 2018.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys running after her two small boys and cooking (at least trying to!) healthy-ish, plant-based food.
