Stephen Magee grew up in Walled Lake, Michigan, and graduated from Walled Lake Western High School in 2009. He was very active in local athletics including soccer, basketball, football, and wrestling. He graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science before attending the University of Tennessee Health and Science Center where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During physical therapy school Stephen worked as a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine training local triathletes, powerlifters, and the general population.

After obtaining his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Stephen completed an Orthopaedic Residency Program with PT Solutions and passed his national board examination to become an Orthopedic Certified Specialist. His mission is to treat people with an evidence-based approach that is centered around compassion, positive thinking, and healthy movement. He treats all orthopedic problems as well as a variety of neurological conditions including concussions, falls, Parkinson’s, vertigo, TMD, and Bell’s palsy. He is passionate about helping people of all ages, backgrounds, and health levels. His treatment approach consists of patient education, manual therapy, and joint manipulation techniques, dry needling, and therapeutic exercise.

Stephen and his wife Rebecca love living in the metro Detroit area and look forward to growing roots with their family here. They love being outside, hiking, working out, and enjoying the communities that they live in.
