Taylor earned her bachelor’s in kinesiology with an emphasis in clinical exercise physiology from Mississippi State University in 2017. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy in 2021 from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
As a student, she completed clinical internships at Memorial Hospital Acute Care, Methodist Neuro Rehabilitation Center, Biloxi VA Medical Center Outpatient, and Benchmark Outpatient Physical Therapy. During her first year as a clinician, she obtained her certification in LSVT Big Treatment for Parkinson’s Disease, as well as her dry needling certification.
Since graduation, Taylor has been practicing on the Mississippi Gulf Coast in the orthopedic setting evaluating and treating patients, helping them restore function, and aiding in their return to activities they enjoy.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with her family and friends. She spends her Sunday mornings at St. James Catholic Church.
