I had talked with my PCP about the pain in my knee and he ordered an x-ray which confirmed osteoarthritis. It had gotten so painful I was having to use a walker to get around the house. After my evaluation and my first visit to PT Solutions, I was amazed to be pain free! I know that arthritis doesn’t just disappear – but during those first 2 visits, Jordan addressed enough issues that I had no pain. During my 2nd visit, several more issues were identified (specific muscle weakness and my walking gait) and we are working to correct those. In addition to traditional manual therapy, PT Solutions Columbus offers a range of other therapies to help supplement your individualized plans. Many patients enjoy our aquatic therapy offering, making use of our endless pool to provide low-impact therapy for those who cannot yet begin therapy on land. Pain and muscle tension may be further reduced by sessions of dry needling, used to reduce the stimulation in the nervous system, speeding the path to recovery.

You don’t need to be in pain to visit PT Solutions. Some patients visit us for a running analysis, where experts examine your gait and help you use your body more effectively, and other athletes may request a bike fitting. Because we often treat workplace injuries, we can also do evaluations of job candidates in order to determine their physical fitness for a demanding job and offer tips to prevent injuries.
