“I'm about a month out from my last PT appointment, and I'm feeling better than I have been in a long time. It's all thanks to staff at PT Solutions. I had a chance to work with three of the therapists, Tim, Corey, and James. Tim was my main therapist, and he's downright amazing. But I also learned so much from James and Corey too. I know that dealing with my injury will be a lifelong process to maintain the strength and integrity of the joint. But I left PT Solutions with fundamental knowledge on what to do to take care of myself. A month later, I still feel great using the exercises I learned from Tim. It was completely worth the time and effort, and while I wish I had done this earlier, getting to meet Tim and team kind of feels worth it too. Truthfully, I recommend them to everyone I can. 10/10 would go again, although let's hope not.”
