“Mishandled my discharge by telling me on my last appointment that I had no appointments left. And did not provide discharge exercises or instructions. All of the original therapists I worked with have left this location. Their billing is outsourced to Reliable billing which has mishandled all of my insurance claims with UHC since last summer 2025. That’s 60 total visits. The local office states they cannot do anything to assist with correcting insurance billing. If you cannot handle billing one of the largest insurance providers in the US you need to hire a new billing firm. All of the Reliable billing operators tell me to call my insurance and insurance has advised me St Vincent has billed all of the visits incorrectly or not responded to requests for additional information.”
