“I started physical therapy at this facility in 2023 following hip surgery. After that I came for TMJ treatment and am currently here for shoulder problems. -Jennifer, the front desk clerk, is a great person to interact when calling or being in the clinic. She's energetic, polite, and always makes sure that I have what I need when it comes to my VA authorization and makes it a point to ask how treatment is going. Dr. Clay is a great physician. He listens to what I have to say about my issues, he listens to me about my pain and how much I can tolerate doing certain exercises and he won't make anything uncomfortable. Dr. Clay is also very understandable and flexible when it comes to scheduling. He won't make anything inconvenient for his patients. I've also seen his interaction with other patients and he genuinely cares about their treatments, too. Both Jennifer and Dr. Clay make my days at therapy worth going! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs physical therapy!”
