“2026 Update I returned to PT Solutions in early 2025 and received excellent care. Therapist and staff are still five stars. Corporate billing continues to be a disaster. I would give negative stars if I could. After completing care mid 2025 I received a bill in September for a small balance (less than $100) that was leftover after my insurance paid. I paid it online via the website so I could use my HSA card and save a stamp. I received another bill a month later for the same amount. I called their corporate billing dept and explained that I had paid it and forwarded the receipt to the person I talked to. She promised to call me back and never did. Received another bill so I called again and spoke with a different employee. She promised to look into it and call me back but never did. Received another bill so I called again and spoke to employee #3. I forwarded the receipt to her and was promised a call back. No call received. Finally late January 2026 I received a refund check for the amount I had paid and then in early Feb 2026 I received another bill for the same amount. I have paid it again and hopefully they will actually mark it as received. -------- Original review from 2023-2024: Summary - Care received and the providers at PT Solutions - 5 Stars! Corporate billing for PT Solutions - 0 stars. -------------- Long Version - I have been a patient at PT Solutions since February. I have had amazing care there and feel so much better. Problems I was having that I didn't realize were connected my PT was able to diagnose and gave me amazing care. Jenevieve is who I usually see and I truly enjoy going to PT. Billing wise I was told that my insurance company had a contracted rate with PT Solutions that would be a certain amount. I faithfully paid it each visit. My EOBs were coming back a different amount which I brought to the attention of the staff. They gave me the # for billing which I called. I spoke to Kevin and he directed me to contact my insurance because #1 - they do have a contracted rate with my insurance company and that was what I was paying and #2 - my insurance company was using a reprocesser and they were processing it incorrectly. Over the next few months I went back and forth with my insurance trying to get them to process is correctly. They directed me back to PT Solutions billing because on their end it was correct. I spoke to Kevin again and this time he told me they didn't have a contracted rate with my insurance company and even if they did they would never tell a patient that because what they charge me is only an estimate. He also said they contract with the reprocesser, not my insurance company. I'm honestly not sure what to believe since Kevin has told me two completely opposite things but I've wasted too many hours on the phone trying to figure this out.”
