A: Your PTO balance will be addressed per hospital policy. You may choose to allocate any money paid out to essentially pay yourself for currently scheduled time off. PT Solutions can explain in more detail how this works and answer specific questions you may have.

A: PT Solutions leadership will meet with everyone individually to understand your goals and get to know you. The organizational structure can be explained further at that time. Over the next 30 days, you will have the opportunity to meet the PTS leadership team who will be working hand in hand with your current leadership team.

A: You will be eligible to enroll in the PT Solutions 401(k) plan shortly after transition, and you may initiate a rollover of your Tenet plan, if desired. While the PT Solutions plan provides a match contribution, it is less than the current Tenet match. The calculated annual difference between the Tenet plan and the PT Solutions plan match contribution will be added to your compensation rate, which will be outlined in your transition letter. Your original Tenet employment date (your “Seniority Date”) will be retained for vesting in the PT Solutions 401(k) plan employer match.

A: Yes! Everyone will receive an employment transition letter from PT Solutions reflecting your current rate of pay and seniority date. PT Solutions, in partnership with the hospital, is committed to a smooth transition focused on you, the employee. While we hope that PT Solutions’ mission, vision, and values align with your professional standards and personal goals, we understand that you did not (yet) choose to work with PT Solutions and respect your personal decision-making during this time. You will have the opportunity to talk with Transition Team leaders one-on-one to ask any questions and discuss individual concerns.

A: You will receive three emails titled “PT Solutions Transition Letter”, “Welcome to PT Solutions, “and “PT Solutions Background Check.” These emails initiate your onboarding through our applicant tracking system, iCIMS. Please sign your transition letter and complete the steps indicated in iCIMS to be ready for our first day together. You can refer to the document, “What to Expect During Onboarding” for additional details.

A: We understand change is not easy and PT Solutions has a dedicated Transition Team committed to helping you through all this uncertainty. Your daily tasks and focus on patient care will remain unchanged at this time. PT Solutions will train you on any changes in the coming weeks and you are encouraged to ask questions and communicate ideas to the PTS team.

A: PT Solutions recognizes those days previously requested and will work with employees on how to establish future requests. There is no need to change any plans at this time. Please direct specific questions to the PTS team.

At first, Kim was nervous when she heard that Ascension Via Christi was transitioning ownership to PT Solutions in 2021. However, her anxieties were soothed after meeting the transition team and learning how committed they were to her success.
