“We used to go here when it was Real Rehab. I cannot speak to the current quality of care, but accessing medical records from PT Solutions has been problematic. It's been over six weeks, and my persistent efforts via fax, phone, and email have not been successful. Front desk staff have provided incorrect information and been unable to problem solve effectively. I filed a complaint and escalated the situation recently, and higher up people within PT Solutions nationally have been working on it. Unfortunately, our deadline for obtaining the records passed, and we were unable to include these PT records as part of the medical history for an important application. There needs to be training and improved clarity about how patients can reach the Medical Records team.”
