Will there be any change to my payroll schedule when we switch over from ADP (current ActivePro payroll system) to UKG (PT Solutions payroll system) at the end of 2023?

Yes. Currently you are paid semi-monthly on the 1^st and 15^th of the month (24 pay periods/year). You will transition to PT Solutions’ bi-weekly payroll in January 2024, where you will be paid bi-weekly every other Friday (26 pay periods/year). Your last ADP pay date in 2023 will be accelerated to be paid on December 29, 2023 to capture all but one week of 2023 hours and avoid the need for two issued 2024 W-2’s from each system.
