“The staff was friendly, but the billing was outrageous—over $1000 for a simple torticollis assessment for our baby, with charges split into multiple categories like manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and therapeutic activities (not sure how those differ during a basic assessment!). The session definitely didn’t reflect that level of complexity or cost. The clinic also didn’t seem to have much experience with infants, and the space wasn’t baby-friendly. We’ve since switched to a more reasonably priced and appropriate provider. Would not recommend for babies.”
