“PT Solutions of Villa Rica is absolutely phenomenal. I started my adventure there broken, exhausted and hopeless. I had been going through workers compensation for 5 months due to an injury to my left ankle that eventually affected my lower back. Worker comp doctors nor PT (benchmark) wanted to admit or acknowledge the connection of the two but stated until both are dealt with it will continue to affect one of the other. I came into PT Solution and faced another hurdle but Mrs. Lorene gave me hope; she listened with genuine empathy, care and concern, she validated my feelings and explained that everything is not just in my head as I started believing. But that I'm actually feeling every symptoms I have mentioned to everyone else I've seen and she connected the pieces for me to understand just how. She educated me and we created a plan to deal with my symptoms. And the whole me. And going back the next day for my second treatment, confirmed that this is were I belong. Lorene was the same caring wonderful woman she was the first time I met her and the staff there was phenomenal as well. Everyone worked together to make sure that each individual that comes in there receive the full healing they need and deserve. I would pay to go here anytime before I go somewhere and feel like I'm someone else's burden.”
