PT Solutions moves two clinics to new, convenient locations to better serve their patients
PALM COAST, Florida, October 21, 2019 – PT Solutions Physical Therapy has moved two of its clinics in the First Coast region to new locations. Formerly located at 120 Cypress Edge Drive, Suite 101 and 60 Memorial Medical Pkwy, the two clinics relocated to 250 Palm Coast Parkway NE, Suite 209 and 5860 E State Highway Suite 100 respectively.
“We are excited about the clinics’ new locations, as they are now more accessible for our patients within the Palm Coast community,” said VP of Operations Luis Hernandez, PT, DPT, OCS. “We will have the same great team members from our previous locations providing the highest level of physical therapy care that PT Solution offers.”
The clinical team in Palm Coast is made up of physical therapists, occupational therapists, Certified Hand Therapists, and Certified Athletic Trainers. Together they offer a variety of services including manual therapy, occupational therapy, concussion care, sports medicine, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
PT Solutions provides sports medicine coverage for Flagler Palm Coast High School and Mantanzas High School. Through these partnerships, PT Solutions athletic trainers offer on-site sports medicine coverage treating and assessing student-athlete injuries on the sidelines of practices and games.
Additional PT Solutions clinics in the First Coast region include locations in St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, and St. Johns.
