If you’ve been hurt on the job, we’re here to support your recovery. Workers’ Comp services are designed to help you heal, rebuild your strength, and return to work safely—while also helping employers make informed, safe decisions. From evaluations to hands-on therapy, each service plays a role in making sure your care fits your needs and your job.
A Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) is a test to find out what a person can safely do at work after an injury. It measures strength, flexibility, and how long someone can perform certain tasks—like lifting, standing, or reaching. Doctors, employers, and insurance companies use the results to help decide when and how someone can return to their job, or if they need to change tasks or job roles.
A Job Demands Analysis (JDA) looks at what physical tasks a job requires—like lifting, bending, standing, or using equipment. This helps match a worker’s ability to a specific job role, especially after an injury. It’s often used along with FCEs to make sure the return-to-work plan fits the real demands of the job.
Work hardening is a therapy program that helps injured workers rebuild the strength, endurance, and skills they need to get back on the job. It uses real-life tasks and job-like routines to prepare the body—and the mind—for work again. It’s especially helpful when someone has been off work for a while.
Post Offer Employment Testing (POET) checks whether a new hire can safely handle the physical demands of a job before they start. It helps prevent injuries by making sure the person is a good match for the work. The test is done after a job offer has been made, but before the person officially begins.

Onsite therapy brings physical or occupational therapists directly to the workplace. This makes it easier for employees to get treatment without missing time or traveling. It also helps therapists better understand the job setting, so they can provide more targeted care and prevent future injuries.
Mississippi Work Care is a special program that connects injured workers with services to help them recover and return to work. It includes physical therapy, screenings, and injury prevention support, all tailored to Mississippi’s workforce. It’s designed to make the Workers Comp process smoother and more personal for employees and employers.
