I have many ups and downs and they calibrate well in increasing and reducing the intensity depending on how my body is feeling that day. They are also extremely knowledgeable & experienced in telling me exactly where I am in my recovery and what I can and cannot do. The sessions are also anything but boring, we constantly try new exercises and push in different ways. I highly recommend them”
