“I normally don’t comment on reviews, but I wanted to share that my experience at this clinic has been very positive. I’ve been treated there myself and always found the therapists to be professional, patient, and encouraging. Physical therapy isn’t always comfortable, especially when someone is dealing with severe spasticity associated with cerebral palsy or recovering from pain or injury, and sometimes stretching can be difficult and painful at times in the moment. Sometimes people do get emotional because they are hurting or frustrated. From what I personally observed during my visits, the therapists always seemed focused on helping patients improve safely and would check in throughout treatment. I never witnessed anyone being intentionally ignored or treated cruelly with malice. I’m sorry the reviewer had a negative experience, but I think it’s also fair for people to hear from patients who had positive experiences there too. Also I think it’s unfair to write a review based off of an observation and not understanding the full assessment of the patient’s background.” I highly recommend this physical therapy facility. From the director of the facility on down, I feel that everyone is invested in helping every patient become their better self.”

“Didn’t care for this place or their bedside manner. It could be cruel at times. I went twice on my second visit I saw another lady in there that was crying because they were stretching her arm and she asked him to stop several times and he wouldn’t. I left right after that experience and never went back again. I immediately asked my doctor for a referral to another facility to where I don’t have to stand to witness anything like that again”
