“Over a year ago I had a single visit. It was a joke and I didn’t go back. They were nearly an hour late to start my appointment. I have blue cross insurance and was billed over $100 at the counter. I was never sent any bill and never had any further communications of any kind. 15 months later I get a call from collections saying I owe $200 dollars. I paid it, but I’d recommend any other option where they earn their money. My insurance must not have been filed or was done incorrectly. The. They’re stupid enough to decide they’d rather split the money with collections than to send me a damn bill. If I paid at the counter and was never billed for further costs, how and why should I expect that I owe money? Asinine.”
