“The staff at BT solutions Douglasville was very nice and accommodating. The therapist that I did my consult with seemed very knowledgeable and willing to explain things. To be honest, she was just the most adorable thing because she was so young but wise and I really appreciated that. I look forward to working with the team in the future. On a more constructive note, the pillowcases in that clinic are in desperate need of replacing. None of the pillows have pillowcases on them and they were visibly dingy and flat and very unattractive and seemingly disgusting. Please replace them immediately. It is an eyesore to anyone being trained in that place and hesitant to lie on one of those pillows. They look disgusting.”
