“Hayley needled, Eva distracted. I’m terrified of needles but it was so helpful in aiding my recovering from sciatica. I felt massive differences after getting it done so I knew it needed to keep at it. My nerves were so irritated that it was painful and my fear of needles didn’t help at all though. Hayley was great at being quick and efficient with her placement and Eva used her free time to distract me so I wouldn’t pass out. They were critical in my recovery from my disc herniation and surgery. I laughed more than I thought I ever would even when needles were involved. Beyond that dream team dynamic, Hayley was my primary PT and was so knowledgeable as well as kind through the 8 months I was going through physical therapy. Eva always popped in to check how I was doing and provided guidance as well. Special shout out to Alexis at the front desk who was always so accommodating and caring as well. Great physical therapy. Great team all around. Great energy. I can’t recommend them enough. Now off to hike some mountains again ✌🏼”
