“I needed wound therapy for a para- (Or peri) stomal ulcer. Even my PA, who is very knowledgeable and thorough with my total care, could not find a therapy to heal this invasive and often painful ulcer. I was afraid surgery might become the only option. But when I found the group of therapists at PT Solutions, they were confident it could be treated and healed. They dressed the wound, told me to keep it clean and dry, changing as I needed. The final solution was to add a WoundVac to the equation. They found the solution. Because these ulcers are common for Ostomy patients, I have had to return for treatment after 5 months of being totally clear. But they stepped right in, and after 3 weeks could see marked improvement. The wound therapists are personable, caring, and eager to see improvement.”
