“I enjoyed my PT here, but the post-treatment attempt to get my records has been a nightmare. I’ve talked to their affiliates and been given the runaround for months, and PT Solutions Jefferson Park is leaving me to deal with the medical bureaucracy on my own even though I never received any treatment from their affiliate that owns my records, I went there 2x a week for 6 months but now that my treatment is done they don’t seem to care. Going on month 3 today of attempting to receive treatment records. In retrospect, I would have received my treatment elsewhere if I had known this.”
