“The front desk people are in constant flux which creates confusion around scheduling. After starting to work with one good therapist; I had two appointments scheduled with her for the next week on Tuesday and Thursday and had seen her the prior Thursday. I called to confirm my apts times on Monday, only to be told that two different people would be seeing me, not the person who I was scheduled with and was seen for a couple weeks. She didn’t mention this while I saw her the prior week. “Flipping Appointments”is not fair, and especially with no prior communication. I asked that Physical therapist toget back to me to clarify the situation. No one did. I text and emailed the physical therapist and she didn’t get back to me until 10 PM that evening. Then she had the audacity to write the following to me in a nasty email: ” It is entirely appropriate to raise concerns about scheduling or continuity of care; however, abrasive, demeaning, or disrespectful remarks toward staff are not acceptable.” My comments and conversations addressed the confusion and I was not abrasive, demeaning or disrespectful. The irony is I just had spinal surgery and all I can do is talk in a whisper. They do not understand who is the customer at this location.”
