“I saw my doctor 6/01, the referral was sent 6/02. After receiving the referral and reaching out, my eval was scheduled for the very next day 6/03 at the Palm Harbor location. Within an hour, I was contacted by another team member regarding any co-pay responsibility as I expressed the concern to the scheduler. At my eval and treat appt, I was given the remainder of the month's schedule before leaving. My PT is 3x's a week for 12 weeks as I experienced an extremely traumatic ankle injury requiring 2 surgeries (I know, yikes!). On 6/05, the front desk gave me all of July and August as it was worked on while I had my session as she knew my preferred time! The Physical Therapists are incredibly kind and understanding. I can hardly say enough about the kindness of everyone. My experience with scheduling, front desk staff and the PT staff has been outstanding and with such ease. I would not go anywhere else should I ever need PT again after this. 10 out 10 recommend!!!”
