“This clinic doesn’t support transparency or customer service! I’ve been waiting for a month to get a cost/estimate on how much my PT is going to cost! First she said it could be up to $800.00! Then she gave me the number to billing with the billing codes. That’s not MY JOB! It’s THEIRS!! I’ve never been to a PT Clinic that couldn’t tell me how much sessions would cost! It’s been over a month & I still have not received a price or a bill for my first session! I can’t reschedule without knowing how much it’s going to cost me out of pocket since my deductible is $8,000! I’ve been waiting for a month to reschedule because the front office won’t do their job & get me a quote! I couldn’t wait! I went elsewhere for treatment!!!”
