“My experience with PT Solutions (Vinings location) was extremely disappointing due to poor communication and overall customer service. I initially contacted the office on January 20 and again on January 21 and did not receive a return call until mid-February (the week of February 16). When my call was finally returned, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the significant delay. Instead, the conversation immediately moved forward as if the delay had not occurred. I had to point out that my original message had been left weeks earlier, which was concerning given that the call was clearly a response to that message. Unfortunately, the issues continued at my appointment. I had already provided my referral information in advance, yet upon arrival I was told the office did not have it. After resending the referral on-site, I was informed it could not be accepted because of the date formatting, despite the delay in communication originating from the clinic’s side. This created unnecessary confusion between the physical therapy office and my doctor’s office, as my physician’s staff could not get clear guidance on what PT Solutions specifically required for the referral, and I was unable to reach the clinic for clarification. This experience was especially frustrating because I have previously had negative experiences with other PT Solutions locations (Morningside and Stone Mountain). Unfortunately, the Vinings location reflected the same pattern of poor communication and lack of coordination. I hope the organization improves its responsiveness and intake processes, as patients seeking care should not have to navigate repeated administrative obstacles just to receive treatment.”
