“Based on my experience, VHC (PT Solutions' affiliate and billing partner) = Lies, deceit and zero accountability. Following my surgeon's recommendation, I used PT Solutions Vienna. Prior to my appointments, PT Solutions said they had contacted my insurance for financial responsibilities. They said that my insurance told them that I have a $20 co-pay. Because this aligned with what I had paid for PT with various providers in prior years, I did not question it. Unfortunately, after I finished my treatment (10 sessions minimum), I started getting invoices worth hundreds of dollars from VHC claiming I owe them co-insurance. It turns out that #1 they are not in-network with my insurance and therefore #2 my contribution is 20% (not $20 co-pay). Somebody at PT Solutions/VHC got % confused with $!! They misrepresented themselves and treatment cost/coverage. My attempts to sort this out with them and/or get reparation failed: they continue to send "past due" notices. I requested an escalation with a supervisor, instead I received a very unhelpful (to not said rude) email from a MIGUEL IGNACIO. My follow up email requesting clarification/additional information was met with silence.”
