“The schedulers are pleasant. Loren is phenomenal as a PT and dry needling was super helpful at releasing some of the muscle knots I’ve had for years. I still have many more trigger points that need dry needling. The prescribed exercises cause more pain where I still have muscle knots! The company is deceptive with pricing. They only allow dry needling once a week and expect me to pay for an additional PT services session on another day each week. They try to schedule me for twice a week for 6 weeks with only half for dry needling. I can only afford the bare minimum of dry needling. I’ve had enough of the psychological manipulations and deceptions from my ex and from other companies, including this one. They had me sign three different papers with different quotes of what my therapy “might” cost as a self-paying client, not using any health insurance. Apparently I’m not the only one, others on FB and Reddit are also complaining about unethical price hikes because the higher ups push their employees to push clients to receive more services than absolutely needed.”

“I have never liked going to physical therapy. So this time, when I had to go because of Insurance, I was not looking forward to it. But…praise God, I was pleasantly surprised! Actually, I love it there! The people are friendly, knowledgeable, genuinely caring. They work together as a team. In fact, one day, as I sat resting, it was llike watching a ballet, the way they all helped each other. They have great equipment, as well as an app for tracking and accountability! I know I’m getting carried away, but I’m just so grateful! They deserve the praise. I highly recommend PT Solutions!”
