“I started going to PT Solutions in Williamsburg KY on 07/23/25. I got approved for 16 visits because of my right ankle swelling and lumps.. They said it was LYMPHEDEMA..I asked how much was my copay on first visit and 234 visit I was told u don't have one.. Each visit they did a 90 seconds massage on my leg then they put a compression pump for 15 mins after that they wrapped my leg up and I supposed to keep it on until my next appointment.I just couldn't keep it on just a few hours and I took it off because of the pain I did this every time out of the 16 visits.. I also have Lupus and rheumatoid arthritis..I told them this more than once that it's too painful.. It did take the swelling down but I told them it doesn't help me with the pain at all.. I started missing appointments they called me texted me so many times just like I told the woman that called me I'm just wasting your time and mine but they still called and texted me even after I told them its to painful.. Then a man started calling me wanted me to come back in so I did do all 16 visits..I said all of this because my first visit was 07-23-25 it's now November 6th 2025 I got a bill for $520 dollars..It would have been nice if I knew I had a $40 dollar copay for each visit but not one time was I told or notified through mail.. I sure would have not paid $40 dollars for each visit for something that hasn't helped at on with my leg just a waist of time.. My leg looks worse than it's ever looked.. If I could post a pic I sure would..This sure ain't good business that's my opinion..”
