“Edit to add: I worked with Mady from May through July of last year, 9 sessions total. She and her teammates were fantastic. Can't sing enough praises about them! However, their billing department is horrendous. I will not be returning just for that factor. I met my insurance's catastrophic max on before starting services here. At the first visit, when the front desk said I have a copay, I mentioned that I already met my max and do not have to make any payments. They said I will be issued a refund once the claims go through. I paid the copay and have the receipt for proof. Since then, I've called PT solutions billing 10 times regarding my 9 visits. They said they had difficulty filing the claims with insurance and once the EOB is back, I will be issued a refund for the copay from the first visit. Eventually I filed a complaint with compliance and the regional manager contacted me in Oct. We exchanged emails a few times, but she stopped responding a few months ago. All the claims have been processed by insurance as of Dec and I have the EOB to prove it. My husband called billing again today regarding the claim under my name from May 2025 and we were told that there is no record of me calling them and there are no notes under my profile (I have my call logs to prove otherwise). According to their system, there is no refund owed and I never called, just a $0 balance. I've had such a hard time getting people to call me back, provide updates, etc. The whole process has been a nightmare! I'd suggest you stay far far away from this place, strictly for billing reasons. 100% do not recommend! Original post: Just started, but great experience so far. Mady is really empathetic and the overall customer service is superb.”
