“I started my therapy the week after my left knee joint replacement. The initial evaluation was made on my first visit, and an eight-week plan was developed starting with three sessions per week. During each visit, the therapist and office staff were all professional, supportive and friendly to the patients. My exercises were monitored closely for proper form and development and within four weeks, I had achieved the initial goals that had been set. My development plan was restructured, and sessions were reduced to two per week. At the end of my eight-week program, I had achieved all goals in the final plan. The comradery that the staff has with the patient and fellow staff members is outstanding and enjoyable. “Be aware that they bill as a hospital and it will be counted on your deductible. The clinic is Owner by the hospital so your charges will be much higher. I used this place for speech therapy, she was great but just be aware of their billing. The charges are outrageous and the billing takes a long time so you are left with a big bill afterwards. And they don't negotiated. Go somewhere else. Go to a private clinic instead.”

“The PT, ST, and OT team in the Hardeville office knows a lot about their profession and what the proper treatment would be for my specific problems. They ask what issues I have, and they respond with a detailed explanation of muscles and movement that I can understand, and we do the stretches appropriate for that day. I started with this team as a wimpy, shaky mess following a 2-week hospital stay and 2 spinal surgeries. I am involved in speech therapy to help with post-cancer swallowing problems. OT provides me with wonderful exercises to keep my upper body functioning as best we can. The team is giving me my self-confidence back and cheering me on. Every team member seems to be endlessly patient, very smart, and so, so pleasant. I love that nobody is afraid to have a little fun along the way. I actually enjoy my sessions because I know I am in the hands of a loving team that deserves a 5-star rating. They don't just treat symptoms, they treat people, encouraging us every step of the way.
