“The therapist and quality of care were good but the administrative and billing experience was a NIGHTMARE!!!! VHC Health handles the billing but says PT Solutions must address the issue because they are responsible for the medical notes. PT Solutions, however, says billing is not their responsibility. Meanwhile, my insurance is willing to adjust the claim if the provider resubmits it with corrected coding. Despite this, neither party has helped resolve the issue, leaving me with a past-due bill. I called, I went in person but nothing worked. As a result, I had to switch to another provider who took both my medical and billing concerns seriously. It’s frustrating to be caught between two organizations unwilling to coordinate to resolve a correctable issue!!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!”

“This is the perfect example of how private equity prioritizes profit over patient care. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE! While all the staff is great and knowledgeable, the policy here is that a single therapist will work with two patients at the same time, there will be another assistant that will guide you while the therapist is busy with the other patient, but the same assistant can be working with another two or three patients. Even though I was getting better, I didn't feel comfortable talking about my progress with the therapist, neither I felt I received the attention my case required with this two-patient system. I saw all the therapists there working with two patients at the same time, so my experience was not an exception. On top of that my insurance co-payment was $70. I am now going to another practice nearby where I get one-one attention for one hour, with better facilities and a copay of $15 (same insurance). If your PCP referred this practice, please do your self a favor and call other PT offices, inquire about one-one care and copayment, I can guarantee that you will receive better care while paying less.”
