“The following happened to me several months ago. In my last week of therapy, my sole therapist asked if I would be ok working with another therapist for the day, as they sometimes like to switch patients just to mix up their to routine. I said okay. Allowing this was a HUGE mistake. This other therapist setup the standing lateral pulley machine with TOO MUCH WEIGHT for my stage of progress. I did a couple of reps and then the therapist walked away. Yes, walked away! I pulled into the twist noticing a much heavier weight. Suddenly, my hips slipped under the weight, snapping the weight down to the stack. This was a horribly painful onset of sharp pain and trauma in my hips and lower back. The new therapist never came to check on me. I reluctantly walked a couple laps trying to assess what just happened. I felt really jacked in my hips and lower back, just a horrible feeling, the pain, pronounced misalignment. This happened during my last week of therapy prior to a major surgery I was strengthening for in the the next week. After ALL the visits, time, and hard work I'd done to achieve my original goal of being strong. I told my original therapist what just happened and she just listened. I left. No one would acknowledge what happened. Didn't ask how I felt. No apology, nothing. Several months later, I continue to have pain and most recently developed numbness a tingling on one inside of my hip. No one took responsibility for their negligence and they just kept quiet and hoped I'd just go away and never say anything. Kody Silva and Jordan Krebetski are to blame.”
