Romanian Deadlifts Proper Form

#FitnessFriday is here! This week Body Solutions shows you the proper technique for performing RDLs – Romanian Deadlifts. Using a barbell or set of dumbbells, keep your back and arms straight while using your hips to lift the bar. When lowering, knees should be slightly bent. Avoid arching your back and locking your knees.
