Dale Yake

Dale Yake is founder and Chief Executive Officer of PT Solutions Physical Therapy, a rehabilitation company spanning across 21 states, with more than two hundred seventy points of service from Pennsylvania to Florida and west to California. PT Solutions includes freestanding outpatient clinics and strategic partnerships with hospitals to develop outpatient clinics and manage inpatient rehabilitation. PT Solutions also includes the provision of onsite industrial services and athletic training across 150+ athletic programs. Additionally, Dr. Yake serves as PT Solutions’ Orthopaedic Residency Program Director; the program is a yearlong postdoctoral program that also publishes clinical research based on physical therapy and musculoskeletal treatment efficacy.

Originally from the Pittsburgh area and a collegiate football player, Dr. Yake is a graduate of Allegheny College in Pennsylvania. Dr. Yake graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, and he later earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University School of Health Related Professions located in Provo, Utah.

With 3 decades of experience in the profession of physical therapy and athletic training, Dale has served in multiple capacities in the industry including: Clinician, Professional Team Athletic Trainer, Region Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Adjunct Professor. Dale has been recognized by the University of Alabama at Birmingham as a Distinguished Alumni and EY Entrepreneur of the Year for the Southeast. PT Solutions has been recognized as a 6-time honoree in the Inc Magazine 5000 list, Top Workplace awards in multiple cities, and fastest growing companies by the ACG and Atlanta Business Chronicle in addition to being named a top physical therapist and company in multiple cities and communities.

Outside of the profession, Dr. Yake has a passion for endurance sports and is a four-time Ironman triathlete and completed 75+ cycling and running races. Dr. Yake has served on the Board of Directors for the Arthritis Foundation, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and American Heart Association. Dr. Yake currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Concussion Legacy Foundation an organization dedicated to researching and preventing Concussion and Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) and advocating for smarter sports and safer athletes.

Dr. Yake and his wife Kristi live in Marietta, Georgia, and have six children, Abigail, Aidan, Logan, Evan, Finley and Noah.
